2. Deposit Policy

To secure your reservation and ensure that all necessary services are arranged, the following deposit requirements apply:

  • Group/Join-in Tours: A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required upon booking.
  • Private Group Tours: A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required.
  • Vehicle Rental, Hotel Reservations, and Attraction Tickets: 100% payment is required before the departure date.

The deposit will be deducted from the total tour price when the remaining balance is paid.

3. Final Payment Deadline

Customers are required to complete the remaining payment within the specified period to avoid any interruption or cancellation of services:

  • Group/Join-in Tours: Full payment of 100% of the tour price must be completed at least 3 days before departure.
  • Private Group Tours: Full payment of 100% of the tour price must be completed at least 5 days before departure.
  • Vehicle Rental, Hotel Reservations, and Attraction Tickets: Full payment is required upon booking or according to a specific agreement confirmed between the customer and Tour Cao Bang.

4. Cancellation, Refund and Processing Policy

a) Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellation more than 15 days before departure: 100% of the deposit will be refunded, excluding applicable bank transaction or payment processing fees.
  • Cancellation 4–6 days before departure: A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total tour price will apply.
  • Cancellation within 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund will be provided.

b) Cancellation by www.caobangtours.vn

If the tour cannot be operated due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, or other force majeure events, we will:

  • Provide a 100% refund of the amount paid by the customer; or
  • Assist the customer in rescheduling the tour to a new departure date without additional rescheduling fees.

  • Customers requiring a VAT invoice should inform us before making payment.
