1. About BOSS Travel

BOSS Travel Investment & Tourism Joint Stock Company (Business Registration No.: 4800949531) is a professional tour operator specializing in Cao Bang travel experiences. We offer unforgettable journeys to the region’s most famous attractions, including Ban Gioc Waterfall, Nguom Ngao Cave, Thang Hen Lake, Pac Bo Historical Site, and many other unique destinations.

We are committed to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality travel services for every guest.

2. Tour Booking Process

  • Guests can book tours through our website, hotline, or by visiting our office at:
    160 Pho Thau Street, Thuc Phan Ward, Cao Bang Province, Vietnam.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email or Zalo after payment has been completed.
  • To ensure the best service, we recommend booking:
    • At least 5 days in advance for private tours.
    • At least 2 days in advance for group joining tours.

3. Payment Methods

BOSS Travel accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (using our official bank account information)
  • Cash or bank card payment at our office
  • Online payment via electronic payment gateways such as MoMo, VNPay, and ZaloPay

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 7 days before departure: 100% refund of the deposit (excluding bank transaction fees, if applicable).
  • 4–6 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
  • Within 3 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

If BOSS Travel must cancel a tour due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, or other unavoidable circumstances, guests may choose either:

  • A full refund of all payments made, or
  • Rescheduling to another available departure date by mutual agreement.

5. Tour Participation Regulations

  • Guests must follow the tour itinerary, departure schedule, and instructions provided by the tour guide.
  • Guests are not permitted to leave the group or change the itinerary without informing the tour guide.
  • BOSS Travel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the tour.
  • Guests are expected to protect the environment and maintain cleanliness at all destinations visited.

6. Child Policy

  • Children under 5 years old: Free of charge (sharing seats with parents; meals not included).
  • Children aged 5–10: Receive a 50% discount on the tour price, including meals and a separate seat on the vehicle. Overnight tours do not include a separate bed.
  • Children aged 11 and above: Charged at the adult rate.

7. Travel Insurance & Liability

  • All tours organized by BOSS Travel include travel insurance in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
  • BOSS Travel is not liable for incidents resulting from guests violating local laws, safety regulations, or tour instructions.
